A portable steam engine....Apparently there are quite a few around in different states of disrepair, as they were used as a source of power when there wasn't anything else. They we're pulled to a site and are used to run a lumber mill, to run a generator, or a water pump. The steam chimney was raised and there were leather belts on the wheels.
